_Important Notice: Consumption of the plant or part of it is not advised if the plant is not intended for consuming or the plant is not labelled as veggies or edible fruit tree on OUR TITLE. For veggies or edible fruit tree, please carefully conduct an inspection of the plant to make sure you get the correct plant before you consume the plant or part of it.
Please note that all plants, with the exception of cuttings, have a root system. To ensure convenient shipping, plants exceeding 5ft in height can be trimmed to fit within a 4ft box. Kindly be aware that requesting a box change may incur an additional charge of $20-$40.
Store Policy: Our standard handling time for orders is 1-3 days. However, some plants require inspection prior to shipment, which may extend the handling time up to 21 days. Transit time typically ranges from 1-3 days. Please be aware that when we pack the plants, we remove 2/3 of the soil, and they are not supplied with a pot.

If your location encounters temperatures below 40çF or above 100çF, we kindly request you to contact us. Customers are required to report any plant damage within 3 days of receiving plants
