Our Policy
Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Some exceptions may take up to 30 days.
How We Ship Our Plants
All plants are shipped with soil and without pots. We remove one-third to two-thirds of the soil prior to shipping to ensure safe transit.
Plant Health Guarantee
All plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy. If a plant does not survive, we offer a replacement. Please note that all sales are final.
Our warranty does not cover minor damages, including minor breakage of less than 30% or dried leaves upon arrival.
Plant Substitution Policy
In some cases, we may substitute a similar plant or a comparable size. If you wish to opt out of this option, please indicate so at checkout.
