When you buy a houseplant from a box store or nursery, it probably spends an average of four weeks traveling from a greenhouse to a drafty warehouse on a hot or cold truck. Then, it’s shipped to a store where it likely isn’t getting the water, light, or care it needs to thrive. With Bloomscape, our plants are cared for by plant experts and kept in optimal conditions at our greenhouse where they’re shipped directly to you. So instead of your plant spending 4 weeks in an uncontrolled environment, it spends 3-4 days going from our greenhouse to your front door. This means your plant arrives healthy and already thriving.
Our plants are shipped with care and experience. We’ve learned how to keep plants at the right temperature, protect their roots, and keep them healthy while they travel from our greenhouse to your home. Our innovative packaging holds the plant and pot securely in place, preventing damage and decreasing soil spillage. Most shipments will arrive in under a week and all plants will be healthy, undamaged, and ready for you to enjoy.
Our expertise doesn’t stop once your plant leaves our greenhouse. We are here to help you with any and all of your plant care questions. From simple, customized care instructions included with your plant to real-time expert support, we want to make plant care easy. We ship living products from PlantingTree; all sales are final. In the event a living product is rejected on delivery we will not credit back your account. There will be no refunds. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Your claim must be received within 5 days of receiving your package. We will reship the damaged plant after receiving your claim. If the product we are replacing is out of stock, we will place a credit onto your account to order a substitute or we will refund your order for the product that is damaged.
Any hard-goods that are not living must be returned within 10 business days with a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to send the product back to our warehouse. Once hard-goods are returned and are resalable, you will receive a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as trees, shrubs, perennials, or plants are not able to be returned.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Missing packages must be reported within 5 business days. Contact us so that we can perform a trace and find your missing package. After 5 business days, we will be unable to perform a trace and therefore acknowledge that the package was indeed delivered to your location. There are no refunds. If carrier has lost package, we will simply reship your missing products. You will receive an email as soon as your package is delivered.
