Our Policy
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Some exceptions may take up to 30 days.
We remove one-third to two-thirds of the soil prior to shipping
All Sales Are Final
- We only offer replacements for plants that arrive dead upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a replacement, please report any damage within 3 days of the delivery date and include clear photos of the plant and its packaging.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Our warranty does not cover minor damages
